Roles & Responsibilities
- Representing the company at events, conferences, and promotional activities and maintaining a consistent and positive brand image.
- Support the execution of brand marketing strategies across both digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Assist in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Collaborate with internal teams on employer branding initiatives, helping to communicate our company culture and values externally.
- Participate in market research and competitive analysis to support product marketing and campaign development.
- Help manage content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and public relations efforts.

Required Qualifications :
Must have a bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2 3 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or a related marketing function.An MBA in Marketing or a postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline will be preferred.Mandatory Skills :
Demonstrated interest in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Public Relations, with a passion for crafting compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences.Confident and presentable, with excellent communication and public speaking skills, capable of effectively representing the brand at events, presentations, and client interactions.Outgoing and proactive personality with a collaborative approach and the ability to take initiative in dynamic, team-oriented settings.Foundational understanding of marketing strategy, campaign execution, and content development, with a drive to support integrated marketing efforts.Proven ability to multitask and work cross-functionally, while managing time and priorities efficiently in a high-paced environment.Creative thinker with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced marketing environment.Good to have :
Exposure to media planning, employer branding, and content development workflows.Experience in managing product marketing and campaigning lifecycles across B2B channels.Familiarity with tools used in email marketing, campaign performance tracking, and marketing automation platforms.Hands-on involvement in planning and executing event marketing and on-ground brand activations.Skills Required
