Summary :
The client is seeking a Service Manager to provide operational leadership and coordination as company migrates to a new API Gateway and scales routing operations
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate L3 operations for routing and API Gateway platforms
- Ensure SLA compliance for incident triage and escalation
- Oversee traffic migration milestones and deployment schedules
- Provide reporting (weekly status, monthly dashboards, quarterly analysis)
- Act as escalation and coordination point between company engineering and offshore teams
