Key Responsibilities :
- Visual Merchandising Planning : Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Store Layout & Design : Design store layouts and displays to maximize footfall and customer engagement.
- Product Placement : Ensure strategic placement of products in-store to align with marketing strategies and seasonal trends.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, marketing, and design teams to align visual presentations with overall brand strategy.
- Creative Concept Development : Create innovative, engaging, and visually appealing displays that reflect the brand's identity and seasonal themes.
- Project Management : Oversee the execution of visual merchandising projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to.
- In-Store Displays : Install, arrange, and maintain product displays, mannequins, and signage according to the store's seasonal requirements and promotional schedules.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis : Stay up-to-date with the latest retail trends, competitor displays, and consumer preferences to ensure creativity and relevance.
- Performance Optimization : Monitor the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and optimize displays based on performance metrics.
- Staff Training : Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques, brand standards, and visual presentation practices.
- Compliance & Brand Standards : Ensure all visual displays are in line with company policies, brand standards, and safety regulations.
- Feedback & Reporting : Collect feedback from store managers and customers to assess display performance and make adjustments accordingly.
