Technical Architect(Frontend)

This is a hands-on architecture role. You will design and build working solutions, not just write architecture papers. You will define patterns, produce reference implementations, and partner closely with squads to ensure architecture is practical, maintainable, and performant in production. What You will Do

• Define and evolve architecture for our React + TypeScript ecosystem, built using Nx monorepos and microfrontends.
• Develop reference implementations and working prototypes for host and sub-applications, ensuring adoption across squads.
• Drive maturity of our design system and tokenization practices (Storybook, Emotion.Js, component libraries).
• Establish front-end performance standards such as Core Web Vitals, bundle optimization, lazy loading, accessibility, and scalability.
• Strengthen front-end observability using New Relic and other tools, correlating metrics with backend performance.
• Advance CI / CD automation for front-end builds, ensuring linting, testing, and deployment are integrated into delivery pipelines.
