Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Manager – IT Asset Management (ITAM) to lead and optimize our global IT asset lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing IT assets across multiple geographies, with deep proficiency in ServiceNow HAM Pro and a strong foundation in core ITAM practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • End-to-End Asset Lifecycle Management :
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal across global offices.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and documentation of hardware and software assets.
  • ServiceNow HAM Pro Expertise :
  • Utilize ServiceNow HAM Pro to automate and streamline asset workflows.
  • Maintain and enhance the HAM Pro configuration to support business needs.
  • Asset Reconciliation & Compliance :
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to align asset records with purchase data.
  • Procurement & Vendor Coordination :
  • Manage IT asset procurement processes, including vendor negotiations and purchase order tracking.
  • Ensure timely delivery and deployment of assets to global teams.
  • Operational Excellence :
  • Develop and enforce ITAM policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into asset utilization and performance.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration :
  • Lead a team of ITAM professionals and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Provide training and guidance on asset management best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 12+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of ITAM principles, including lifecycle management, reconciliation, and compliance.
  • Experience managing IT assets in a global enterprise environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. ITIL certification is a plus.
