Location - Chennai, Noida, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore a
NP - 30 / 60 Days / Immediate

Key Responsibilities :

Lead full-cycle implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to understand planning needs and translate them into scalable solutions.

Design and build complex financial models, dashboards, and reports.

Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Participate in business development activities including proposal writing and client presentations.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and solution adoption.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

7+ years of experience in financial planning systems, with at least 5 years in Workday Adaptive Planning.

Minimum of 5 Adaptive Planning implementations.

Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

Workday Adaptive Planning certification highly preferred.

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
