Salesforce Solutions Engineer

Role Summary :

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Core, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud to join our high-performing team. This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that enhance customer service experiences and streamline sales processes. You will work closely with solution architects, business analysts, and other technical team members to deliver robust Salesforce solutions that support enterprise goals. The ideal candidate brings deep platform knowledge, hands-on development experience, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
• Build robust Service Cloud and Sales Cloud functionalities including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case, Lead / Opportunity Management, and Workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Develop and support integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functional and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support release management, CI / CD processes, and Salesforce environment management.
• Maintain technical documentation for custom development, configurations, and data models.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce platform enhancements and propose innovative solutions.

Skill & Qualification :

additional certifications in Service Cloud or Developer II are a plus.
