Position Overview
The
Presales Head
will lead the presales function across both brands, driving qualified lead generation, conversion, and team performance. This role is critical in optimizing the customer journey from lead acquisition to sales appointment and ensuring strong collaboration between Marketing, Presales, and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the presales function to achieve sales order and revenue targets across both brands.
Oversee lead management from SEM, SEO, and revived databases, ensuring consistent follow-ups and qualification.
Design and implement strategies to improve
lead-to-appointment
and
appointment-to-order
conversions.
Ensure high-quality customer engagement and quick turnaround time for priority leads.
Track team productivity, performance metrics, and optimize presales operations for maximum efficiency.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to align presales strategies with revenue objectives.
Conduct regular reviews, feedback, and training sessions to enhance communication, product knowledge, and lead-handling skills.
Analyse key presales data and trends to recommend process improvements and increase conversion outcomes.
Candidate Profile
10-15 years of experience
Strong experience in managing large presales teams and high lead volumes.
Proven track record of improving conversion metrics and team productivity.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
