Fashion Sale Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chhatarpur, New Delhi, for a Fashion Sales Consultant at Zoon / Kashmir Galore Store (entry level experience). They will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service. Duties include managing daily store operations, handling customers, maintaining store aesthetics, following up with the backend, etc. This role also involves online tasks and developing strategies like daily content creation to increase store performance. Timings 11am-7 : 30 pm (Monday weekely off)

Qualifications

• Strong sales consulting skills with a proven ability to drive conversions and achieve sales goals
• Proficiency in customer satisfaction and customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients
• Experience in retail consulting or fashion-related sales is highly desirable
• A keen interest in luxury products, fashion and artisanal craftsmanship
