Mandatory Skills : JMeter, Blaze meter and Load Roadrunner / Storm runner.

Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore

Experience : 5-10 years

Must Have :

• Experience with JMeter, Blaze meter and Load Roadrunner / Storm runner.
• Identify and recommend NFR requirements for performance testing through analysis of application.
• Design, develop, execute performance test scripts and scenarios, create effective reports.
• Effective facilitation skills and techniques to elicit requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders and group size
• Ability to analyze test results and make sound conclusions; work with project teams and developers to resolve performance issues.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Effective facilitation skills and techniques to elicit requirements from different project stakeholders to help define and document performance SLAs,

requirements and expectations around application performance KPIs.
