Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced PMO Manager with 4-5 years of experience in software development team (Zoho or Odoo will be an advantage) to manage project governance, client interactions, team coordination, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, allocating tasks to the team, ensuring timely project execution, and running Scrum ceremonies to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

• Client & Requirement Management
• Engage with clients to understand and document business needs.
• Translate client requirements into functional specifications for the technical team.
• Project Planning & Execution
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Allocate and track tasks across the team for efficient execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality and minimal risk.
• Agile & Scrum Management
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Track sprint progress and resolve blockers for seamless project execution.
• Risk & Issue Management
• Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact timelines.
• Address client concerns proactively and ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, risks, and resolutions.
