Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Engineering and Maintenance :
- Assist in identifying major facilities and equipment requirements
- Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment
- Stay abreast of technological advances in surveillance and safety equipment
People Management :
Establish seamless coordination with all ACCOR departmentsProvide support to the team and motivate staffRespond to customer queries and resolve issues promptlyEnsure team is trained in all safety provisionsFinancial Management :
Ensure optimal, cost-effective use of resourcesEducate team on resource managementOperational Duties :
Direct and coordinate overall Engineering department activitiesImplement policies and processes whilst maintaining ACCOR standardsMaintain regular inventories of technical equipmentOversee maintenance and upkeep of records and statementsQualifications
Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).Minimum 5-6 years of Similar experience in hotel or facility maintenance.Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.Ability to troubleshoot and handle emergency repairs.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.Skills Required
