Job descriptionMentor and guide junior developers, ensuring skill development and knowledge sharing. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization for high-traffic applications. Manage deployments, CI / CD pipelines, and ensure high availability and reliability of Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial. 8–12 years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership / mentoring role. Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (React.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Hands-on expertise in back-end development using Node.js / Java / .NET (any core Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and GraphQL. Strong problem-solving, system design, and analytical skills. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies. Experience in fintech or high-scale consumer-facing platforms.
