Job descriptionBuild, enhance, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, screen flows, auto-launch flows). Design automation to eliminate manual work and streamline business processes. Optimize existing automation for performance, scalability, and reliability. Implement new features and system improvements aligned with business requirements. Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Manage release updates, new features, and system enhancements. Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related issues. Provide training and documentation to users on new workflows, features, and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Work closely with internal teams across operations, sales, and management. Clearly articulate solutions and technical details in fluent English. Ensure proper communication and timely updates on Salesforce projects and tasks. 3+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Strong expertise in building advanced Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, screen flows, complex logic). Excellent understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and / or Service Cloud . Strong command of Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, validation rules, profiles, permissions, automation tools). Experience with process builder migration to flows is a plus. Ability to work independently, think critically, and make smart decisions. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Ability to join immediately or as soon as possible . Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201). Experience with third-party integrations or APIs. Knowledge of workflow rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards. Experience working in a fast-paced startup or international environment. Fully remote work environment. About the role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator who is an expert in automation, process optimization, and building advanced Salesforce Flows . This role requires someone who can support our team 50–100% capacity , starting as early as possible.
The ideal candidate is smart, proactive, well-spoken in English , and has 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce in a professional environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, streamline business processes, and maintain our Salesforce environment with high precision and efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Administration
- Manage and maintain Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, sharing settings, and profiles / permissions .
- Ensure data integrity, perform regular checks, and support data hygiene initiatives.
