We’re seeking a Lead UX / UI Designer to define and drive the design strategy for our digital products.

You’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user experiences while leading a passionate team of designers.

This role blends strategic thinking, hands-on design execution, and team leadership — perfect for someone who thrives on creating impactful, user-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement UX / UI design strategies that align with both business goals and user needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers to deliver exceptional design outcomes.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Establish and maintain scalable design systems for consistency across all products and platforms.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously raise the creative bar.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in UX / UI design, including 2+ years in a leadership or senior role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, wireframing, and UI craftsmanship.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite , and other industry-standard tools.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to articulate design rationale with clarity and confidence.
  • Experience in building and maintaining design systems .
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
