Now, we're building something new.

We're launching a dedicated product vertical for container-based and modular structures - tailored for emerging use-cases like urban farms, food labs, retail kiosks, compact workspaces, and off-grid solutions. We've got the fleet, the know-how, and the distribution. Now we need a lead architect to bring the product to life.

Prefab is no longer niche. It's the future of how fast-growing businesses set up shop - from agri-tech startups and D2C brands to QSR kitchens and mobile clinics. This is a 0 1 leadership role . You won't be handed a template to follow. You'll help build the blueprint itself.

From sketching early concepts to prototyping, standardising, and eventually scaling - you'll own the design and development of a product line that could define the next phase of Crystal's journey.
