Key Responsibilities :

• Drive sales of Molecular Diagnostics kits, POC devices, and related biotech products
• Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base across Western India
• Strategize and implement territory-wise sales plans to meet targets
• Manage distributor networks and oversee forecasting, planning, and execution
• Collaborate closely with technical support and cross-functional teams to ensure customer & Skills :
• Sales experience in Molecular Diagnostics / Biotech
• ASM : 2+ years of relevant field experience
• Strong network in hospitals, labs, and diagnostic centers
• Micro-management, sales forecasting, and distributor handling expertise
• MBA from a premier institute preferred
