Job Description : HR Functional Consultant – Dynamics 365 F&O (UK Implementation)We are seeking a seasoned and self-driven HR Functional Consultant to lead the implementation of the Human Resources module in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) for our UK-based manufacturing customer. This is a standalone module deployment and will require the consultant to manage the end-to-end implementation, working closely with the UK HR team. The ideal candidate will possess deep HR process knowledge, strong D365 F&O implementation experience, and excellent communication skills to engage effectively with business stakeholders.Role HR Functional Consultant – Dynamics 365 F&O (UK Client)Location Remote / Hybrid – Working with UK Time ZoneEmployment Type Full-Time | ContractKey Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation of the HR module in Dynamics 365 F&O.Engage directly with the UK HR business team to gather requirements and map them to D365 capabilities.Perform fit-gap analysis and design scalable, compliant HR solutions.Configure HR modules in D365 including positions, jobs, worker setup, benefits, compensation, leave & absence, and onboarding.Own documentation – prepare functional design documents, configuration guides, training material, and testing scenarios.Collaborate with technical teams for any customizations or integrations.Support testing cycles including UAT and provide training to HR business users.Ensure successful go-live planning, cutover execution, and post-go-live support.Serve as the point of contact for all HR-related activities during the implementation.Required Qualifications & Experience 6+ years of experience in implementing ERP HR modules, with at least 3 years in Dynamics 365 F&O.In-depth understanding of HR processes such as employee lifecycle management, benefits, compliance, and workforce structure.Proven track record of delivering standalone HR module implementations.Strong documentation, presentation, and training capabilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; prior experience working with UK / EMEA clients preferred.Experience collaborating with technical consultants for reporting, workflows, and integration.Key Skills Dynamics 365 F&O – HR Module ImplementationHR Business Process UnderstandingRequirements Gathering & Fit-Gap AnalysisConfiguration & DocumentationStakeholder Engagement & TrainingUAT Support & Issue ResolutionGo-Live Support & HypercarePreferred Skills / Add-ons Knowledge of UK HR compliance and payroll integration is a plus.Familiarity with Azure DevOps for managing work items and test cases.Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Human Resources Functional Consultant Associate is desirable.#D365 #Dynamics365 #Dynamics365FO #D365FO #D365HR #DynamicsHROnly #HRConsultant #HRFunctionalConsultant #UKJobs #UKProjects
