We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Sales and Strategy professional. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enabling revenue growth, and ensuring alignment across sales and other functions.
Job Responsibilities
Partner with sales leadership to design, implement, and optimize sales processes that improve efficiency and productivity.
Drive sales forecasting , pipeline management, and performance reporting , ensuring accuracy and predictability.
Provide actionable insights through data analytics, sales performance reports, and dashboards for senior leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and business objectives.
Define and track sales KPIs / metrics to measure effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
Support annual planning , territory / quota allocation , and incentive / compensation design.
Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams by providing data-driven insights and recommendations .
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field, MBA preferred.
4–8 years of experience in Sales and Strategy Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
Proven track record in sales operations management, including forecasting, reporting, and process improvement in a global sales environment.
Strong expertise in client engagement, account management, and stakeholder collaboration, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
