About the role :

This role demands a strong understanding of SAAS based Business management, being able to read and make sense of data, trends, document processes and track multiple project updates. You will be instrumental in driving efficiency through data reporting, providing business insights to management for efficient decision-making. Your work will also involve document process, give project updates to senior management, assisting in automation and facilitating the adoption of new tools and programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute and maintain clients / management dashboards.
• Identifying data gaps and leading cleanup efforts with multiple Customer Experience Teams.
• Proactively analyze process faults and develop efficiencies.
• Documenting process, bring improvements using AI, Automation technologies.
• Visualize customer reports and dashboards using Power BI / Metabase working with multiple developers.
• Prepare management presentations and decision support.
