Experience : Minimum 2-4 years (Full-time role)

Ishkaara is one of India’s fastest-growing accessories brands — bold, trend-driven, and loved by Gen Z & Millennials. We’re scaling fast and looking for a growth-focused performance marketer to run and scale our paid ads profitably.

Your Role :

Run and scale Facebook / Instagram and Google Ads end-to-end.
Plan, execute & optimise campaigns to maximise ROAS and revenue.
Analyse data, manage budgets, and ensure profitable growth.
Work closely with creative & website teams for ad creatives and funnels.
Stay updated with platform changes & performance trends.

Requirements :

2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads (D2C / e-commerce preferred).

Strong grasp of analytics, tracking (GA4, pixels, UTM) and scaling campaigns.

Data-driven, result-oriented & growth-obsessed mindset.
