IMS Venturi is a part of IMS Gujarat, a study abroad education institute with presence across India, including major cities like Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Vadodara, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Surat, and Rajkot. IMS Venturi prepares students for various entrance examinations such as GRE, GMAT, SAT, IELTS, PTE and TOEFL.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Study Abroad Consultant at IMS Venturi located in Vadodara. The Study Abroad Consultant will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to students who are interested in studying abroad. The day-to-day tasks include providing information about study abroad programs, assisting with application processes, conducting interviews, and evaluating student profiles. This is an on-site role, and the Consultant will be based in Vadodara.

The Study Abroad Consultant will be responsible for assisting with the university application process, including filling out forms, writing personal statements, and gathering required documents, Helping students with the visa application process, including completing forms, organizing necessary documentation, and preparing for interviews.

The Consultant will be responsible for providing information on accommodation, travel, and adjusting to a new culture and also assisting students in their first few weeks in the new country, helping with logistics and any initial challenges.

Qualifications

Knowledge of study abroad programs and admission processes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent technical skills in excel, word, Generative AI and multitasking abilities

Knowledge of Visa process of various countries

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with different study abroad examinations

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Prior experience in study abroad counseling / consulting or related field is a plus
