Key Responsibilities :
1. Production & Regulatory Compliance
- Coordinate with the manufacturing partner (Reve Pharma) on production timelines, FDA / FSSAI licensing, and packaging approvals.
- Track vendor documentation, quality control reports, and ensure timely submission of all regulatory paperwork.
2. Supply Chain & Logistics
Support sourcing and negotiation with raw material and packaging vendors.Manage inventory movement from manufacturer to storage / warehouse locations.Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.3. E-commerce & Marketplace Operations
Lead product registration, listing, and catalog management across platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata 1mg, and HealthKart.Optimize product listings with high-quality images, compelling descriptions, competitive pricing, and SEO-driven keywords.Monitor inventory, coordinate promotions, and ensure smooth integration with marketplace systems.4. Marketing & Influencer Activation
Support outreach to gynecologists, health professionals, and wellness influencers for sampling and awareness campaigns.Gather and analyze trial feedback to iterate on product positioning and messaging.Collaborate on content planning and execution across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.5. Strategy & General Business Support
Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and emerging trends in wellness and personal care.Maintain real-time trackers across production, marketing, and distribution pipelines.Provide structured weekly reports and insights to founders for decision-making.What We Offer :

2 - 5 years of experience in FMCG, Ayurveda, personal care, or e-commerce operations.Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon / Flipkart Seller Central preferred).Basic familiarity with digital marketing and SEO is a plus.Exposure to regulatory processes (FDA, FSSAI, AYUSH) is an advantage.Agile, hands-on, and data-driven mindset youre not afraid to experiment, measure, and iterate.Fluent in English and Hindi / Marathi with excellent communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment.(ref : iimjobs.com)
