Responsibilities :
7+ years of experience in Genesys PureConnect
Strong background in troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of Genesys PureConnect environments
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
SQL database or relational database skills
Preferred : Immediate Joiner
