Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
HR Business Partner (AM / Manager Level)
to join our Human Resources team. This role is critical in aligning HR strategies with business goals, supporting leaders and managers, and enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate should bring a solid track record in HRBP roles within the IT industry and have hands-on experience in leadership engagement, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Partnership & Leadership Engagement
Act as a strategic advisor to
business leaders ,
project managers , and
team leads and above
on HR-related matters.
Partner closely with business units to understand key business drivers and align HR strategies accordingly.
Participate in
business reviews , planning meetings, and contribute from an
organizational development perspective .
Employee Engagement & Retention
Drive and analyze
employee satisfaction
surveys; collaborate with leaders to build and implement action plans.
Conduct
1 : 1 session ,
skip-level meetings ,
focus group discussions (F&Ds)
to gather feedback and act on employee concerns.
Plan and execute
townhalls ,
HR connects , and employee communication initiatives to boost transparency and trust.
Talent & Performance Management
Partner with managers to drive
performance reviews , goal setting, and development planning.
Identify high-potential talent and contribute to succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Collaborate with the C&B team on benchmarking, budgeting, and salary review cycles.
Advise managers and employees on compensation structures, benefits, and rewards.
HR Projects & Change Management
Lead and support
organization-wide projects
(e.g., employee lifecycle digitization, engagement programs, DEI initiatives).
Contribute to
change management
processes during restructuring, M&A, or business transformation.
Compliance & Policy
Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and ethical practices.
Handle employee relations cases with discretion, professionalism, and fairness.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Proven HRBP experience in the
IT industry
supporting mid to large business units.
Strong business acumen and the ability to influence leaders and drive outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including with
project managers ,
TLs , and
business heads .
Expertise in
employee relations ,
engagement ,
HR communication , and
organization development .
Hands-on experience in managing
C&B programs ,
one-on-one discussions ,
skip levels , and
townhalls .
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret people data and provide actionable insights.
Strong project management skills with exposure to HR transformation initiatives.
Education & Qualifications :
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent from a recognized institute.
Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an added advantage.
