๐Ÿ”น ๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐˜๐จ๐ฎโ€™๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ƒ๐จ

Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Drive integration discussions across Salesforce, ERP, Gainsight, APIs, and more.

Collaborate with US-based teams, working directly with Product Owners, Architects, and Developers.

๐Ÿ”น ๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐–๐žโ€™๐ซ๐ž ๐‹๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐…๐จ๐ซ

3โ€“6 yearsโ€™ experience as a Technical Business Analyst in IT, SaaS, or Product organizations.

Strong technical understanding of APIs, SQL / Databases, Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure), ERP, and Salesforce.

Excellent communication skills with proven customer-facing experience.

Ability to work CST time zone and manage multiple global priorities.
