Key Responsibilities :
Customer Engagement :
- Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable photography services based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide detailed information about service specifications, features, and functionalities.
- Demonstrate the functionality and usage of different photographic service to customers.
Sales and Promotion :
Present, promote, and sell photography products using solid arguments to prospective customers.Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.Assist in the marketing and promotion of photography equipment.Product Knowledge :
Maintain an updated knowledge of the latest photography equipment and trends in the market.Stay informed about the technical features, advantages, and usage of various photography equipment.Customer Service :
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.Reporting :
Service management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Analyse the territory / market s potential, track sales, and status reports.Qualifications :
Proven work experience as a salesperson or in a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.Education :
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
