Assistant Manager Civil Quality

To ensure quality compliance in all civil engineering aspects of green hydrogen projects, including structural, architectural, and geotechnical works. The role involves site quality control, inspection, documentation, and coordination with internal teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure adherence to technical specifications and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure quality compliance of all civil works (e.g., foundations, structural steel, RCC, roads, stormwater drainage) across green hydrogen facilities.
• Review and implement Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA / QC) plans in accordance with project specifications and ISO standards.
• Conduct inspections and tests of civil works at various stages (pre-concreting, post-concreting, formwork, rebar, backfilling, etc.).
• Ensure proper documentation of quality records – inspection reports, test results, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), method statements, and material approvals.
• Assist in third-party inspection (TPI) coordination, audits, and compliance closure.
• Collaborate with design, HSE, and project management teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions for civil quality issues.
• Ensure materials and workmanship comply with codes (IS codes, ASTM, BS, etc.) and green hydrogen-specific guidelines.
• Maintain a strong focus on sustainability, green construction practices, and safety.
• Review contractor and supplier submittals related to civil works.
