Assistant Engineering Manager - Process Improvement

1. Process design of Assembly Lines of New Models.

2. PFD, FMEA, OPL, WI's and control plan preparation for new models.

3. Knowledge for new testing setup development, router / soldering fixtures concepts.

4. Developed prototype design according to required techniques and manufacturing process.

5. Prepare micro development design according to required techniques and manufacturing process.

6. Coordinate with management and maintain knowledge on product status and prepare appropriate reports.

7. New line and machine lay-out mapping with minimum manpower.

8. Capacity utilization of all station in assembly line and line balancing activities.

9. Discuss with suppliers for technical discuss of machine like ICT, functional testing setup, robotic and router fixtures.

10. All machines breakdown attend like as ICT, Router, robotic and FCT also PLC.

11. Capable to manage production, operation capability to work closely with engineering and support function.

12. Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.

13. Fully involvement during audits like IATF, MACE & Customer process.

14. Fully responsible for designing jigs & fixture for backend assembly
