Job Summary :

We are seeking a Data Engineer with strong expertise in PL / SQL , experience in Kronos (UKG Workforce Management) , AWS Glue , and integration frameworks . The candidate will design, develop, and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces and scalable data pipelines, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow between Kronos and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex PL / SQL queries, packages, procedures, and functions for ETL and data transformation.
• Design, develop, and manage Kronos WIM interfaces and integrations with internal and third-party applications.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using AWS Glue for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data issues, ensuring high accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to implement scalable integration solutions.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error handling between Kronos and downstream systems.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end workforce data solutions.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Document technical specifications, interface mappings, and deployment procedures.
