Job description2+ years of relevant experience in PSP / FinTech / affiliate networks / payment solutions; Background in account management, client servicing, or partner sales; Understanding of online payments, conversions, billing, and payout operations; Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships; English level : Upper-Intermediate or higher. Experience with international PSPs (Checkout, Worldpay, Nuvei, Adyen, etc.); Experience in FinTech, eCommerce, iGaming, or crypto processing; Strong analytical skills and experience in traffic and payout reporting.

We’re looking for an experienced Client & Partner Manager who can build strong relationships with merchants, payment providers, and partners, solve business challenges, and support client retention.
If you’ve worked in PSPs, payment gateways, merchant accounting teams, or affiliate platforms — you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
What You’ll Do :
- Manage relationships with existing merchants and partners.
- Set up and support campaigns, monitor KPIs and performance.
- Onboard new partners and oversee transactions and payouts.
- Resolve operational and technical issues together with internal teams.
- Maintain a high level of client service and engagement.
- Track performance trends and suggest improvements.
