Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Verify loan quality as per US mortgage requirements and lender guidelines

Set up loan files for underwriting (UW)

Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients

Review and analyze borrower and third-party documentation

Interpret policies and assess applicant, property, and documentation details

Demonstrate a strong understanding of credit underwriting guidelines

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in US Residential Mortgage (preferably in Pre UW / File Setup)

Strong knowledge of Income and Asset Guidelines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Flexible to work in a 24 / 7 environment, including night shifts and weekends

Quick learner who thrives in a dynamic industry

Comfortable working in a paperless environment
