We are seeking a HR (Trainee) to support our HR and compliance team in handling statutory compliance activities, maintaining employee records, and ensuring adherence to labour laws and company policies. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and build expertise in HR compliance and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, etc.).
- Support in preparation and submission of statutory returns and filings.
- Maintain accurate employee compliance records and documentation.
- Track statutory due dates and ensure timely compliance.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams for compliance-related activities.
- Assistance in compliance reports and checklists.
Desired Skills :
MBA (HR) or PGDM (HR) – 2024 / 2025 pass outGood communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.Willingness to learn statutory and compliance-related aspects of HR.Skills Required
