Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Zenwork’s social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. This role is key to building brand awareness, increasing engagement, and positioning Zenwork as a thought leader in tax compliance and regulatory technology.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with Zenwork’s brand and marketing objectives.

Manage daily operations across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Create and publish engaging multimedia content that reflects the brand’s tone and values.

Collaborate with design, product, and content teams for campaign development and messaging alignment.

Identify trends, monitor competitors, and apply insights to enhance content performance.

Plan and manage paid social campaigns to drive awareness and user acquisition.

Analyze campaign data and provide actionable reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.

Build and nurture online communities through consistent engagement and thoughtful responses.

Support key product launches, events, and partnerships through targeted social content.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3-6 years of hands-on experience in social media management, preferably in B2B or SaaS.

Proven track record in managing both organic and paid social media campaigns.

Strong understanding of B2B social engagement, particularly on LinkedIn and Twitter (X).

Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite.

Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.

Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
