The Role

As a Community Curation Volunteer / Intern (or People Discovery Volunteer / Intern ), you’ll work closely with the EDZYY core team to help us discover stories, voices, and individuals who reflect empathy, perspective, and purpose.

This isn’t about evaluation — it’s about awareness.

You’ll support the team in recognizing people who embody understanding in an increasingly automated world.

What You’ll Do

🌿 Support the EDZYY team in reviewing applications and identifying stories of insight, strength, and empathy.

💫 Help curate reflections and notes that capture what makes each applicant’s journey meaningful.

🌸 Participate in weekly reflection circles with the EDZYY core team.

🌼 Contribute ideas to help shape our first Circle of Northstars.

🌕 Be part of a deeply human initiative as it takes its first steps.

Who We’re Looking For

• Students or recent graduates in psychology, humanities, education, communication, or social work .
• Individuals who are reflective, empathetic, and curious about people.
• Listeners — not just communicators.
• People who care about meaningful impact and want to be part of something authentic from the ground up.
