Role Description

This is a profit sharing and equity based on-site role for a Head of AI Sales, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Head of AI Sales will be responsible for driving AI sales strategies, managing client relationships, leading a sales team, and achieving sales targets. Additional day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing sales proposals, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction with AI solutions provided by the company.

The role is for person who is motivated for an AI startup.

Two modes : Fixed Salary of 15k + Sale Profit of 2-5%

Equity : 2% Equity + 25-30% profit share on AI projects

Qualifications

• Strong background in Computer Science and Data Science
• Experience with Pattern Recognition, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision skills
• Proven track record in AI sales and business development
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage client relationships
• Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in a related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the technology industry, especially in AI and IoT, is highly beneficial
