Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor on IP matters. Proactively identify client needs and develop tailored IP strategies. Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to clients. Resolve client issues promptly and effectively. Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and expand existing relationships. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue. Monitor and analyze revenue performance to identify areas for improvement. Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of IP matters, including : Patent prosecution and litigation Trademark prosecution and enforcement Copyright registration and infringement Trade secret protection and litigation Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client matters. Draft and review complex legal documents, such as patent applications, trademark registrations, and licensing agreements. Represent clients in court proceedings and before administrative agencies. Juris Doctor degree from a reputable law school. Admitted to practice law in relevant jurisdictions. Significant experience in intellectual property law, with a deep understanding of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong business acumen and a focus on revenue generation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. About the Role :
We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Lead Intellectual Property (IP) Lawyer to lead our IP practice group.
