Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales Specialist to drive business growth across global markets. The ideal candidate will focus on acquiring international clients for our custom software development services, building strong cross-border relationships, and achieving consistent sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate high-quality leads and acquire new international clients for custom software development services.
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients across the US, UK, Europe, Middle East , and other global regions.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities in international markets.
- Create, present, and refine proposals, pitch decks, and other sales materials tailored for global clients.
- Manage the entire international sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to prepare accurate project estimates and proposals.
- Maintain detailed CRM records, track sales pipelines, and generate performance reports.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly international sales targets.
Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in international sales , preferably in IT services or custom software development.Proven ability to communicate, negotiate, and present effectively to global clients.Hands-on experience working with clients from regions such as the US, UK, Europe, and Middle East .Solid understanding of software development processes, technologies, and IT service models.Familiarity with B2B lead generation platforms and outbound sales strategies.Strong organizational, time-management, and CRM usage skills.Preferred Qualifications :
