Lead Servicenow Developer

As a Lead ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in implementing and enhancing ServiceNow applications and modules like ITSM, HRSD, and GRC / IRM. You'll bring expertise in building user-friendly solutions and process automation, collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure the ServiceNow platform meets evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, and GRC / IRM.
• Design, develop, and implement new applications, integrations, and automation within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create user-friendly catalog items using Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Automate tasks in ServiceNow, integrating with external systems and ensuring seamless data flows.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring coding standards.
• Innovate and improve the ServiceNow platform to solve business problems and enhance user experience.
• Contribute to the development of ServiceNow as a platform for Service Delivery.
