Onboarding Specialist

3+ years of experience in an HR or onboarding role (preferred).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with any HRMS or onboarding software / tools will be an advantage.

Excel Proficiency : Demonstrated ability to handle data and reporting tasks efficiently.
