We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Expert (PPC Specialist) to manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across Google’s advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience (preferably in a digital marketing agency), strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving ROI through performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, YouTube, and Performance Max.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Optimize campaign performance via A / B testing, ad copy improvements, bidding strategies, and landing page alignment.
Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and / or GA4.
Analyze campaign data, extract insights, and present actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop ad creatives and landing page strategies.
Maintain and improve Quality Score, CTR, and conversion metrics.
Generate regular performance reports and present results to stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices.
Required Qualifications 4+ years of proven experience in Google Ads / PPC campaign management (agency experience preferred).
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio / Looker Studio.
Strong knowledge of bidding strategies, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
