Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Substation Design Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering substation design curriculum, providing instruction, and ensuring that training materials adhere to industry standards. The trainer will also conduct interactive training sessions, assess trainee performance, and implement instructional design principles to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Design Thinking and Curriculum Development
• Proven experience in Teaching and Training
• Knowledge of Instructional Design principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the engineering or utilities sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, or a related field
