Poche Aesthetics is a luxury architecture and interior design studio in New Delhi, specializing in high-end residential projects . Our philosophy blends timeless aesthetics, precision detailing, and functional design to create homes that are elegant, enduring, and tailored to our clients’ lifestyles.

We are looking for an experienced Junior Architects / Architectural Draughtsman with a strong eye for detail and proficiency in working drawings to join our boutique team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare precise architectural drawings, working drawings, and GFC sets for luxury residential projects.
  • Translate concept sketches and design inputs into detailed CAD drawings.
  • Develop plans, elevations, sections, and interior detailing with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed.
  • Maintain and update drawing registers and revisions across all project stages.
  • Assist with submission drawings, tender sets, and construction details .
  • Participate in site measurements, verification, and on-site coordination as needed.
  • Support with presentation drawings or 3D models (preferred but not mandatory).

Software Proficiency

  • AutoCAD – Mandatory
  • SketchUp – for 3D modeling (preferred)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) – for presentations (added advantage)
  • MS Office Suite – for schedules and documentation

    • Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma / Degree in Architecture or Architectural Drafting.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience as a draughtsman in an architecture or interior design studio .
  • Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and building codes .
  • Prior experience on luxury residential projects will be an advantage.
