About the Role
We are a remote-first software agency dedicated to helping B2B startups scale their engineering capabilities with strong foundations in clean code, modular architecture, and type safety.
As an Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building a world-class engineering team. You will work closely with founders to design our hiring engine and bring in talented individuals who write clean, maintainable code and thrive in asynchronous environments.
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to identify top engineering talent
- Create systems that assess not only technical skills but also mindset and fit for long-term success
- Design pipelines that attract engineers who solve real problems and produce thoughtful, high-quality code
Requirements :
3–5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a startup or agency environmentExceptional ability to spot red flags and hidden gems among candidatesFamiliarity with leveraging AI to enhance the recruitment process and design efficient systems that filter for long-term contributorsUnderstanding of what constitutes clean code and self-driven engineering, even without coding expertise
