Role Overview :
The LinkedIn Outreach Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential investors and property buyers on LinkedIn, engaging them through personalized communication, and generating qualified leads for our sales and investment team. This role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of LinkedIn as a business development tool.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and connect with potential investors, HNIs, and professionals interested in property purchase and investments.
Perform targeted outreach using LinkedIn search, groups, and sales navigator tools.
Draft and send personalized connection requests, messages, and follow-ups.
Educate prospects about Holistic’s real estate projects, investment opportunities, and expected returns.
Build and maintain a structured outreach pipeline to ensure consistent engagement.
Track and report daily / weekly outreach activities and response rates.
Collaborate with the Sales / Investments team to pass on qualified leads for closure.
Maintain professionalism and ensure all communication aligns with brand guidelines.
