Responsibilities
β Conduct end-to-end training programs (Beginner β Lead level)
β Cover ServiceNow modules : ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, Workflows, IntegrationHub
β Evaluate & rewrite resumes to align with ServiceNow industry standards
β Review, rewrite, and structure project stories to highlight ServiceNow implementations
β Prepare real-world case studies & scenario-based interview Qs
β Design situation-based problem-solving, workflow, and integration questions
β Provide interview readiness docs : Q&A banks, cheat sheets, reference materials
β Conduct mock interviews (Technical + HR style) with feedback
β Mentor candidates on ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, ITSM, etc.)
β Build training material : presentations, hands-on labs, assignments, assessments
β Ensure candidates articulate answers & project stories confidently
β Continuously update training with latest ServiceNow releases, tools, and best practices
Requirements
πΉ Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, configuration & administration
πΉ Strong expertise in Workflows, Service Catalog, CMDB, Scripting (JavaScript), and Integrations
πΉ Knowledge of ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, customization, and automation
πΉ Prior interviewing, mentoring & training experience
πΉ Ability to rewrite resumes & project stories to match employer expectations
πΉ Excellent communication, facilitation & presentation skills
πΉ Relevant certifications preferred (ServiceNow CSA, CIS, CAD, ITSM Specialist)
