Manager - Supply Planner

Role : Manager - Supply planner (Domestic & Export)

Location : Mumbai (Kandivali)

Experience : 7+ years (with 3-4 years in export / international markets)

About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Planner to optimize our domestic and international supply chain. You will play a crucial role in developing accurate forecasts, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and driving customer satisfaction across markets. Key Responsibilities :

Demand Planning

Lead demand reviews within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for both domestic and export markets.

Align demand forecasts with commercial strategies.

Supply Planning & Inventory Management

Develop and maintain supply plans considering production capacity, material availability, and logistics constraints.

Monitor inventory strategies, including safety stock, to reduce stock-outs and excess.

Work with Sales and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely supplies.

Optimize product allocation and distribution to prevent aging stock.

Export Logistics & Compliance

Coordinate with logistics partners and shipping lines to optimize delivery schedules.

Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs, and documentation requirements.

Oversee export documentation like invoices, packing lists, and certificates.

Performance Analysis & Improvement

Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and data availability.

Identify supply chain bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Present data-driven insights to leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Production teams to align on plans.

Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers for smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields

7+ years of experience in demand and supply planning (3-4 years in export / international markets preferred)

Strong knowledge of inventory management, supply planning, and global trade regulations

Expertise in ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
