Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR professional located in Dehradun. The HR professional will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies, handling recruitment, managing employee relations, overseeing compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in HR-related software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus
