Job Title : Executive Assistant to Director

Reports to : Director

Job Summary :

We're seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our Director in driving

business growth and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will

possess strong analytical skills, with expertise in business analytics, market

research, and competition analysis. You'll play a key role in supporting the Director in

making informed decisions, driving growth, and enhancing profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Analytics : Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and

challenges

  • Market Research : Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends,

    • customer needs, and competitor activity

  • Competition Analysis : Analyze competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and market

    • strategies

  • Data Analytics : Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track

    • business performance

  • Strategic Analysis : Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support

    • business growth and profitability

  • Growth Enhancement : Identify opportunities to drive business growth and enhance

    • profitability

  • P&L Management : Support the Director in managing P&L, including budgeting,

    • forecasting, and variance analysis

  • Advanced Excel : Develop and maintain complex Excel models, dashboards, and

    • reports
