Job Title: Recruiter / Senior Recruiter / Account Manager – IT & Non-IT

Job Description:

• Identify and source prospective candidates through active and passive hiring methods .
• 2–7 years of experience in the recruitment industry handling IT & Non-IT hiring , including Permanent Hiring, Contract Staffing, and Executive/CXO Search .
• Experience in handling niche recruitment and staffing assignments for Tier 1, Tier 2, mid-sized, and start-up organisations .
• Hands-on expertise in job portals, social hiring, referrals, market mapping, and cold calling .
• Strong understanding of industry trends, niche/super-niche skill sets, and talent market dynamics .
• Responsible for maintaining periodic MIS and recruitment reports .
• Exposure to Executive Search / CXO-level hiring will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work as per client requirements and deliver under tight deadlines .
• Tech-savvy recruiter with strong knowledge of recruitment tools and hiring analytics.

Preferred Background:

Candidates from Recruitment / Staffing / Consulting firms .
